Job summary

We Are The People Team in London is seeking a senior quantitative researcher to lead end-to-end projects, mentor junior researchers, and collaborate with US/UK teams. You will design studies, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable client insights.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, exceptional client communication, and the ability to manage large global accounts in a hybrid London setting with office days three times per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional research experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy.
• Strong quantitative skills—from questionnaire design through to analysis and reporting.
• Ability to turn complex quantitative data into a clear narrative.
• Experience leading large-scale global research projects.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset across time zones.
• Passion for creativity, insight, and real-world impact.
• Willingness to attend the London office 3 days per week in a hybrid setup.

This is a great opportunity for a quantitative specialist with around 7+ years of experience, looking to take the lead on global projects, work directly with clients, and contribute to the future of a growing team.

You’ll play a senior role in delivering impactful research - from design and analysis to storytelling and strategic thinking. You’ll also help shape team culture, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the US and UK.

THE ROLE
