The Role - What We Are Looking For

Due to recent projects with Network Rail, EDF, and the Environment Agency, as well as supporting major projects in the Middle East from our UK offices, we seek ambitious Associate-level Quantity Surveyors with UK infrastructure experience. Candidates should have:

  • Experience leading pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure, utilities, or complex construction projects exceeding £100m.
  • Knowledge of NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts, including administration or auditing.
  • Experience leading project delivery teams within client organizations or consultancies.
  • Advisory experience with evaluations and recommendations, demonstrating the ability to deliver high standards in challenging environments.
  • A proactive approach to learning, development, mentoring, and supporting bids for new work.
