We seek an exceptional Associate Director Quantity Surveyor/Employers Agent to join our successful Property team in Stockton-on-Tees. The office manages a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients and leads our national property delivery, renowned for high-quality services. Responsibilities include providing pre and post contract commercial services, from feasibility to construction, within the UK and overseas. Candidates should demonstrate broad commercial experience in property and ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.

Your experience in providing commercial construction services to the property industry will help us deliver excellent client service, maintain relationships, and secure new business.

General Skills:

  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills for advising senior client representatives
  • Proficiency in Office, Outlook, BIM / CAD measure, Cost-X

Requirements:
