ENI – Elizabeth Norman International invites applications for an Associate Director - Public Sector Research in London. The role is hybrid, with responsibility to lead research and insight projects from start to finish, guiding clients across government, local authorities, charities and regulators.
You will combine qualitative and quantitative methods, translate findings into clear strategic recommendations, and contribute to business development within the public sector.

We’re looking for an Associate Director with public sector research experience to work with clients across government, local authorities, charities, regulators and industry bodies.
You’ll lead research and insight projects from start to finish, helping clients understand audiences, navigate policy and social issues, and make better-informed decisions. You’ll work across qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, stakeholder insight and communications strategy.
