THE ROLE
I am seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to work for a firm of PQS / construction consultants in Tyne & Wear.
Their projects span various sectors including data centres, offices, hotels, stadia, residential, and masterplanning.
You will be involved in all project phases from inception to completion and support business growth in the North East.
THE COMPANY
The client is a well-established firm providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Employers Agent, and Project Management services in the UK and abroad, with offices across the UK and overseas.
THE CANDIDATE
You should be an experienced Project Manager currently working for a PQS, multidisciplinary firm, or client-side/developer, with at least 6 years of UK experience.
Ideally, you will be MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in a construction-related field.
You should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a strong track record of project ownership.
You must have a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and due diligence to handover.
You will support and mentor less experienced team members, possess excellent client-facing and organizational skills, and have a stable work history.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
You should be ambitious and eager to advance your career.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, with benefits including RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus, healthcare, and other perks like social days.
