Associate Director – Project Management | Boutique Hotels | Leading Construction Consultancy | London

York Street is seeking an Associate Director to lead boutique hotel developments at one of London’s premier construction consultancies, based in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-value new-build and fit-out projects within the luxury hospitality sector.

The Role

As Associate Director, you will oversee boutique hotel projects valued between £30M–£90M, managing them across all RIBA stages. You will drive project delivery, lead teams, and build strong relationships with developers and investors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple hotel projects with a focus on high-end hospitality.
  • Developing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Managing all RIBA stages, from feasibility to completion.
  • Guiding project teams, offering mentorship and strategic direction.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in boutique hotel developments, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Experience across all RIBA stages.
  • RICS Chartered status or equivalent, with a strong consultancy background.
  • Leadership skills and a commercially driven mindset.

The Package

  • Salary: £80,000–£95,000 basic.
