Job description

We're partnering with a major international consultancy as they continue to expand their Bristol Project Management team. They're looking for an Associate Director to lead key client accounts, oversee major programmes, and help shape the growth of the regional PM offering.

This role will see you working across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, education, defence, commercial, and public sector estates - delivering complex, high-value projects while supporting a growing team.

You'll need:

  • Extensive experience in construction consultancy project management
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with chartered status (RICS, APM, CIOB)
  • A strong track record delivering complex projects (£50m-£150m+) across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, or similar
  • Leadership experience, supporting and mentoring PM/Senior PM teams
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to grow and manage key client accounts
  • Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders at board and client-director level
  • Comfortable contributing to bids, BD, and overall regional strategy
Salary & Benefits
