Outline Responsibilities:

• As a seniorleader in our Project Controls Practice, you will lead the Northeastteam in growing our service offering and ensuring our teams areperforming to the highest standards.
• Your role will includeattracting and developing high calibre Project Controls talent thathelps us deliver an exceptional service for our clients in theNortheast.
• You will provide excellent leadership to ourhigh-performing Project Controls team in the Northeast, collaboratingwith senior leaders in other geographies and across otherpractices/technical disciplines.
• You will work closely withour Win-Work function (Client Directors and Key Account Managers) tohelp us grow our influence in the industry by securing excitingcommissions and new work for Project Controls team.
• As asenior leader in our Project Controls Practice, you will support ourclients in our core markets within the Northeast. You will providetechnical advice and expertise to our clients in senior leadershiproles within Project Controls, working on some of the biggestinfrastructure projects in the UK.
• You will be accountablefor talent development, staff motivation, retention and utilisation.You will take the lead on providing assurance on the quality of yourteam's client-side delivery.
