Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Associate Director for our Edinburgh Project Controls Team. The ideal candidate will have proven infrastructure experience and the ability to lead major programs in Scotland. Job Objectives
  1. Deliver Project Controls across major programs in Scotland.
  2. Lead the program controls function, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance reporting. Deploy control team resources effectively.
  3. Engage in business development activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Review new project proposals and develop realistic resource plans for delivery.
  • Identify resource requirements and coordinate with planning teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide efficient daily services to Program and Project Managers, including reporting on plans, costs, safety, and performance.
  • Ensure data input by project teams meets standards.
  • Manage the production of Investment Plans and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.
Qualifications
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, control, and analysis in both field and office environments.
  • Proven infrastructure sector experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC operating systems and software applications, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes.
