Job summary

VNI International invites an Associate Director to lead Private Clients in Jersey. The role focuses on proactive entity management, lifecycle oversight, and close collaboration with Client Directors to sustain exemplary service for high net worth families.

You will ensure accurate records, support fiduciary decision making, and liaise with external professionals while mentoring junior colleagues. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs experience serving HNW international families.
• Proven ability to manage complex international fiduciary structures.
• Strong understanding of trust legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating with external professionals and service providers.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, CFT and GDPR requirements.
• Knowledge of NavOne and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entity management from onboarding through full lifecycle with Client Directors.
• Ensure data and records for all entities are up to date and compliant.
• Deliver client work and maintain service standards, with KPI tracking.
• Communicate clearly with clients and third parties, verbally and in writing.
• Support risk forums with thorough, well-prepared input for decisions.
• Liaise with third-party providers to meet client needs and future referrals.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the group.
