JOB TITLE: Associate Director, Portfolio Coverage Team

LOCATIONS: Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London & Manchester

SALARY: £75,000 plus

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of your time at your local office hub.

As an Associate Director in Portfolio Coverage, you'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team focused on delivering excellent client service and driving sustainable returns. You'll manage a large portfolio of clients across the UK, working closely with Coverage, Product, and Risk partners to implement tailored client strategies. Your work will contribute directly to the success of our trading industries business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Relationship management of a portfolio of clients across the UK, including sectors like Services, Public Sector, Consumer & Tech, and Industrial Energy & Infrastructure.
  • Manage the portfolio in line with credit, conduct, and operational risk requirements.
  • Support the delivery of financial metrics, including identifying growth opportunities across debt and key product areas.
  • Represent the team through engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and effective communication with clients, including challenging discussions, to support bank strategy.
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of key sectors and bank policies.
  • Drive development of self and colleagues through oversight and coaching.
