Job Description:

The client works across all sectors of the construction and engineering industry, offering diverse project exposure both domestically and internationally.

This role is suited for experienced Planners with significant Delay Analysis experience, Senior or Managing Consultants working on delay disputes, or Delay Associate Directors capable of handling work independently.

You will gain exposure as an expert witness or supporting one in disputes, mediation, and adjudication, alongside traditional planning tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Forensic analysis in ADR
  • Providing impartial evidence for tribunals
  • Managing and developing the planning team
  • Managing contractual obligations from procurement to final account
  • Determining schedules, monitoring programs, assessing risks
  • Writing reports for negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Assessing progress accurately
  • Contributing to business development efforts
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in construction project planning
  • Experience in delay analysis and narrative writing
  • Pre and post-contract planning on large, complex projects
  • Ability to produce and interpret project schedules
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject
  • Exceptional report writing skills with persuasive language
  • Client-facing experience

Qualifications/Educational Requirements
