We're supporting a growing consultancy that’s redefining how complex infrastructure and energy projects are delivered - combining technical rigour with a pragmatic approach. They are seeking an Associate Director to lead their planning and project controls team.

This role involves shaping delivery strategy, leading a team, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure robust, data-driven decision-making. The focus is on delivering major programmes on time, within budget, and confidently.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of planners and project controls professionals
• Acting as a key link between technical delivery and senior stakeholders, comfortable with Power BI dashboards and executive discussions
• Driving continuous improvement in reporting workflows, risk analysis, and system integration
