We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Lead (Associate Director Grade) to join our busy and expanding Bristol & South West based Defence team, undertaking a range of Controls & Performance duties on high-profile Infrastructure Projects/Programmes. This role offers opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and learn from our experienced Planning & Scheduling community and wider Controls and Performance Network.
As the successful candidate, you will work within one of our Programme Controls Teams on a specific commission. Under the direction of the Programme Director, you will manage the development, implementation, use, and maintenance of Project Controls processes within the Programme or its subdivisions.
Your responsibilities include overseeing daily management, staffing, and the implementation of Integrated Project Controls standards and processes. You will coordinate all Project Controls activities related to the design, manufacture, construction, and commissioning of the Programme, ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost milestones are met.
You will serve as a key contact for Project Planning within the P3M South West Defence team, maintaining strong service provision to clients and providing updates to the Regional Discipline Lead.
Candidates should ideally be degree qualified in a construction-related subject.
