CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure projects in the Health, Science and Education sectors (HEST).

Our people are key to our success, unified by our core set of values and behaviours, putting our people at the centre of everything we do.

Having recently become an Employee Owned Trust (EOT), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, which puts its people first, and to truly benefit from our growth and success through the EOT.

CPC's HEST team in the North West is looking for a talented and ambitious senior professional to help drive the continuing growth and development of this dynamic division of CPC Project Services.

You’ll be responsible for developing business opportunities with new and existing clients, and leading the delivery of projects and programmes across the sector, utilising your network and connections to deliver new project opportunities to the team. You will work on a range of exciting projects and programmes, including delivering construction and infrastructure projects, business change, business strategy and much more!

A selection of our desired skills and experiences are below. But don’t worry if you don’t meet all of these, we still want to hear from you if you are an enthusiastic individual who can make things happen:

  1. A hunger to build and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities via existing and new clients.
  2. Experience of leading and managing on advisory projects and/or programmes.
  3. Great stakeholder and team management skills, with an ability to communicate with people in a way they understand.
  4. Strong delivery focus.
  5. Experience delivering business case proposals in the public sector, notably healthcare.
  6. Public sector/healthcare experience essential; utilities/transportation/infrastructure experience a plus.
  7. Degree educated and/or professional qualifications equivalent.

How we will support you:

Support and training towards further professional qualifications, with a range of experts across the team and organisation to take you through your journey.

Hybrid working available.

Provide a supportive environment and positive culture to enable opportunities to progress within the HEST team to further build and develop your career at CPC.
