Job Summary

Macdonald & Company are delighted to assist a Boutique Office Agency Firm in the Heart of the West End with the growth of their business. The company is looking for an Associate to Director level hire to join the team. They specialize in providing expert knowledge for Landlords and Tenants in a commercial capacity, operating in London and surrounding suburbs, with plans to expand regionally. This role is ideal for an experienced individual seeking progression and greater responsibility from a post-qualified position. The successful candidate will have the desire to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Attend and conduct pitch presentations to clients, sometimes independently.
  • Assist or lead in developing and executing real estate strategies and transactions aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as project managers and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare pitch documents including tenders, heads of terms, market reports, and cash flows.
  • Work with management to improve team processes and communicate significant deal updates.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to enhance internal systems.
  • Host market events.
  • Provide training and mentorship to Graduate and qualified Surveyors.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team on opportunities.

About You:

  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor with at least 4 years' experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
