Role Responsibilities
  1. Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational running of service areas within Workforce Resourcing.
  2. Leadership and management of services, processes, policies, systems, SLAs & KPIs, and day-to-day management of HR & OD budgets.
  3. Work with the Chief People Officer and Deputy Director to develop policies and implement system improvements across HR & OD.
  4. Ensure alignment of Trust strategy and policy with NHS national plans and regional priorities.
