The Associate Director of R&D, Systems and V&V within the Acute Therapies business creates and manages a Systems Engineering, Controls, and Test Engineering department aligned with the organization's vision and strategic product roadmap. This individual will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance, and will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and developing complex electromechanical designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of theories and practices across various disciplines to manage complex projects within quality, scope, time, and budget constraints. Recognized externally for input on significant programs, this role requires creativity and innovation in fulfilling divisional and cross-functional responsibilities.
Vantive supports flexible work arrangements, including a minimum of 3 days onsite per week, to facilitate collaboration and support our mission.
Our compensation package is competitive and transparent, with an estimated base salary range of $168,000 to $231,000 annually, potentially supplemented by bonuses and incentives, depending on location, skills, and experience. For more details, speak with the recruiter during the interview process.
