PAY RANGE: Band G $105,000 - $134,000/ year

The mission of Charles River Community Health (CRCH) is to partner with individuals and families so they can thrive and lead healthier lives by delivering the comprehensive, integrated, and equitable primary healthcare that matters most to them. The Associate Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all nursing and medical assistant services at CRCH including our Vaccine for Children Program (VFC) as well as overseeing infection control and occupational health processes. The Associate Director of Nursing will be responsible for collaborating with CRCH clinical leadership on best practices involving patient care.
