A leading healthcare trust in Camden Town is seeking a Senior Management role to lead medical education and learning development across multiple sites. You will coordinate training initiatives, maximize apprenticeship opportunities, and ensure compliance in mandatory training. The position also involves designing digital learning systems and leading teams to support effective education for healthcare professionals. This is a senior management role, and its key purpose is to: lead medical education, learning and development, including apprenticeship, vocational training and lifelong learning, core skills training, digital training across the three Trusts, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ie: "Tri-Trust"). bring together a coherent and comprehensive offer for Learning and Development issues across the Tri-Trust, developing and implementing strategy and policy and ensuring that all staff develop the knowledge, skills and competence to achieve the Trust's strategic and operational objectives.

Work closely with the Directors of Clinical Studies and Directors of Medical Education across all sites responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, the Chief Nurse and the Medical Director to ensure safe, effective training and education for all health professionals. Manage the medical education and library administration staff across both sites. To provide financial management support to the management of education income and expenditure. To ensure high quality support to the management of resident and undergraduate doctor onboarding and educational experience, supporting the Directors of Medical Education across the Trusts. Work closely with involved parties to ensure design and build of new education facilities at Hillingdon Hospital (as part of hospital rebuild) and West Middlesex Hospital (as part of extension to main buildings) are fit for purpose for future development of staff.
