The Associate Director of Housing will join a vibrant team playing a pivotal role in providing exceptional services to tenants. Although initially a fixed-term contract, there is an expectation for this position to become permanent.
This is a creative and hands-on role. The Associate Director of Housing is responsible for meeting tenant needs and ensuring the condition of the homes meets high standards and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing a small in-house team and external suppliers to deliver a range of services.
