Job Description:

Hult International Business School is seeking an outgoing and ambitious Associate Director of Enrollment to join their team for a fixed-term maternity cover contract in London. The role involves developing and expanding sales channels through multimedia marketing initiatives, including telemarketing, direct mail, print, digital advertising, social media, and community outreach. The goal is to meet and exceed student enrollment targets in the European region, with travel requirements of 30% to 60% depending on restrictions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Regional Director to define and implement strategies to enroll high-quality, internationally-minded students from Europe into Hult's Masters Programs.
2. Potential to grow into leadership roles.
3. Leverage personal international experience and passion for sales to represent Hult at trade fairs, conferences, and open house events.
4. Provide counseling to prospective students through application, enrollment, and financial aid processes, inspiring them throughout.
5. Maintain high levels of organization and understanding of the decision-making process of prospective students.
6. Achieve and surpass individual and team enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in marketing or business.
2. International experience and enthusiasm for multicultural environments.
3. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and execution ability.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
