Associate Director of Data Science

Do you want to work for one of the biggest Banking and Financial Services organisations?

If so, you'll be:

1. Partnering with product owners and business stakeholders to identify challenges, define use cases, and convert business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
2. Creating, evaluating, and refining AI models to ensure they meet business objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
3. Collaborating closely with MLOps engineers and the broader Tech and Data teams to implement production-ready solutions.
4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, especially in Data Science, NLP, and GenAI advancements, and sharing insights within the team.

You will require:

1. Extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis.
2. Proficient in Python, with expertise in ML and NLP libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Faiss, LangChain, Transformers, and PyTorch.
3. Skilled in using big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
4. Knowledgeable in CI/CD and MLOps frameworks for developing end-to-end ML pipelines.
