Associate Building Surveyor at a consultancy in North London/Hertfordshire, offering £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Are you a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor seeking the next step in your career? Do you live in the North London or Hertfordshire area? An award-winning multi-discipline practice is looking to expand their consultancy division by hiring an Associate Building Surveyor.

The successful candidate will be a competent Chartered Building Surveyor supporting the Senior team on long-term education, residential, and leisure schemes in North London and Hertfordshire. You will work closely with Senior Associates and Partners on new build, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

This role involves leading multiple programmes with values ranging from £150k to £2 million. It offers a transparent development programme encouraging promotion, along with full support and mentorship aimed at progressing to full Partnership status.
