Associate Director - Building Physics

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Associate Director in Building Physics to join a large consulting company that provides services in the infrastructure, construction, and project management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and deliver thermal comfort and overheating assessments, particularly using Dynamic Thermal Modelling.
  2. Collaborate with Design Analysts to generate accurate 3D models and data analysis.
  3. Produce high-quality technical reports and provide strategic advice to clients.
  4. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting expertise in wind and building physics.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and support the growth strategy of the consultancy.
  7. Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their technical and professional development.
