Job SummaryThe Associate Director of Assurance will play a critical role ensuring that Croydon delivers on efficiency and transformational plans. Supporting the Director of Transformation, the post holder will work with the executive team, senior clinical and operational colleagues, and corporate teams to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the Trust's efficiency and transformation projects and programmes to focus on clinical and operational excellence in a way that maximises the engagement of individuals and clinical teams across the Trust.

CUH provides more than 100 specialist services and is home to the borough's only Emergency Department and 24/7 maternity services, including a labour ward, midwifery-led birth centre, and the Crocus home birthing team. Purley War Memorial Hospital (PWMH) in the south of the borough offers outpatient care, including diagnostic services, physiotherapy, and ophthalmology services run by Moorfields Eye Hospital, alongside an onsite GP surgery.

Person SpecificationKnowledge Essential- Educated to Masters Level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in programme management
- Qualified to PRINCE2 Practitioner level
- Qualified to MSP Practitioner Certification
- Significant proven experience of delivering and mentoring others to successfully deliver projects using PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies
- Significant proven experience in delivering change management within a Healthcare setting
- Knowledge of health and care policy developments
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
