Job Summary:

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Director to join our growing team. This role involves guiding project directions, aligning within accounts, and elevating medical content quality. It’s ideal for scientific and medical experts who excel under pressure and can lead and inspire teams, with opportunities to specialize in content development, team leadership, and strategic thinking.

What you’ll do:

• Therapy area and scientific expertise: Guide teams and co-create excellent medical content across multiple therapy areas, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Strategic thinking: Provide guidance on account planning and engage with clients to understand and build on their ideas.
• Client relationships: Act as a trusted advisor with support from senior team members.
• Managing and advising: Lead teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently, oversee delegation across accounts.
• Business development: Identify growth opportunities by understanding client interests and leveraging relationships.
• Strategic leadership: Lead account strategies, collaborate with teams, and develop relationships with key clients.
• Critical thinking: Facilitate meetings and workshops, and develop product and portfolio strategies.
