Summary of our Role

We’re looking for an Associate Director with a Medical Communications / Science background to join us on a ten-month fixed term contract. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, and client leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service across a small portfolio of healthcare accounts.

  • Leading strategic direction across multiple client accounts
    Providing senior counsel and building trusted client relationships
  • Overseeing the development of integrated communications programmes
  • Managing and mentoring account teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence

  • Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and healthcare developments
