Are you passionate about creating seamless client experiences and ensuring operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused Associate Director – Markets Client Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for our Markets clients.

This role is critical in ensuring clients are set up for success — from initial outreach through to regulatory readiness and trading enablement. You’ll serve as the central orchestrator, collaborating across Sales, Coverage, Product, Risk, Legal, and Ops teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding lifecycle — including client outreach, operational readiness, regulatory due diligence, and documentation review
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding coordination across various CIB teams
  • Chair client review and operational meetings, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Ensure accurate and timely trading setup, including limits and e-platform readiness

Regulatory & Due Diligence Oversight

  • Execute KYC/CIP checks, FATCA, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and other global requirements
  • Partner with Risk Control and Compliance to manage onboarding risk
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure regulatory data capture

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Use workflow tools to manage onboarding requests efficiently
  • Identify and escalate bottlenecks, driving resolution across the onboarding chain
  • Champion process improvements and contribute to the broader transformation strategy

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor and support onboarding team members and new joiners
  • Develop, document, and maintain training materials and operating instructions
