Associate Marketing Director

Join CCH Tagetik, a global leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, as we help the Office of Finance drive transformation through innovation. As Associate Marketing Director, you will lead strategic marketing efforts that elevate our brand, accelerate demand, and support regional revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that combines creativity, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Impact

  • Lead the development and execution of a regional, data-driven marketing strategy that supports business growth.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, content creation, PR, demand generation, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging for new and existing solutions, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing cross region marketing team.
  • Translate market insights and competitive analysis into actionable strategies.
  • Own the regional marketing budget, ensuring performance and ROI.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align on pipeline and go-to-market plans.
  • Represent CCH Tagetik at key industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 4+ years in a marketing leadership role—ideally within software, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions and programs in high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS strategies including ABM, inbound/outbound, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience of working with partners (the indirect channel).
  • Expertise with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience working with finance or CPM solutions is a strong plus.
