Associate Director

Our client has a long-standing reputation for providing independent and extensive planning advice with offices across the UK. They offer Town Planning services to both public and private clients. They are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their team in Liverpool.

As an Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a diverse range of client instructions on complex projects.
  2. Engaging in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and potential clients.
  3. Mentoring junior staff members.
  4. Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Planning system and practices, MRTPI qualifications, and excellent communication skills.
