Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director with a proven track record in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other Life Sciences construction projects in both the public and private sectors. As a Life Sciences Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that fosters sustained growth across sectors.

  • Lead small to medium-sized complex commissions and support major new build schemes in London.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Plan and secure resources for projects using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks and defining roles clearly.
