Latham & Watkins LLP seeks an Associate Director of Knowledge Management to lead the KM team and shape strategy across the firm’s Practice Groups. You will guide KM Lawyers and KM Counsel, driving programs and ensuring effective engagement by practicing lawyers in KM activities.

You will partner with Practice Group Chairs and Tech leadership to implement AI-enabled workflows, leveraging market insights to support clients and internal teams from London with hybrid work options.

Qualifikationen

• A JD or its equivalent and bar admission to at least one US State or other jurisdiction where the firm operates.
• Progressively responsible practice management experience in legal or professional services.
• Experience in a management role within a leading international law firm.
• Experience as a practicing attorney in litigation, regulatory, or tax practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and supervise KM colleagues assigned to the Practice Group, including KM Counsel and KM Lawyers.
• Develop a framework for involvement of practicing lawyers in KM activities and allocate workflow.
• Distill extensive internal deal datasets to prepare market insights for internal and external use.
• Monitor deal landscapes, identify trends, and develop materials for leadership, clients, and prospects.
• Collaborate with Technology & IS leadership to drive AI-based workflows for extracting and analyzing provisions.
