The Head of Indirect Procurement is a critical role in advancing our client’s procurement maturity programme and optimising their indirect spend.
Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you will be responsible for creating a strategy and providing support across high risk and critical projects within approximately £150 million of indirect spend. This role is key to enhancing procurement processes and achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation. Spend covers several indirect categories, primarily IT, followed by marketing, facilities, HR, Capex, and R&D.
We are looking for an exceptional business leader, with the passion and gravitas to further expand the Indirect Procurement team’s oversight of this spend.
The Head of Indirect Procurement will ensure the team plays a crucial role in managing supplier performance, improving efficiency, and driving cost management. This position is pivotal in driving the procurement maturity programme related to around £150m of spend and will be instrumental in gaining buy-in from various parts of the business.
