Job summary

Resolian is seeking a Sector Manager – Immunoassay Bioanalysis in the UK to provide scientific, operational and strategic leadership for a core bioanalytical function. You will have full accountability for quality, delivery, resources, and commercial performance while embedding a people-centred culture.

You will be a member of the Resolian UK Management Team and drive growth, client relationships, and cross-site harmonisation, while representing the department at audits and industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Provide scientific, operational, and strategic leadership for the ADA Immunoassay Bioanalysis function.
• Lead and develop teams within a people-centred, high-performance culture.
• Ensure scientific and technical standards meet GLP and GCP regulatory expectations.
• Own the cost centre and deliver against financial, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Lead resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Resolian is seeking an accomplished scientific leader (Sector Manager) to join our Immunoassay Bioanalysis function in the UK. This is a senior role for an individual with deep scientific expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and services at the forefront of the industry.

Working closely with the Operations Director, Business Development, and the wider senior leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth of the function while embedding our people‑centred culture.
