Job summary

Adelphi Values Limited, part of Adelphi Group, is seeking an Associate Director to provide senior leadership on the PROVE practice. Based in our HQ office in Bollington, UK, you will be the senior client contact on assigned projects, mentor the project team, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives.

You will drive business development, assess new opportunities, lead proposal development, and help shape the strategic direction of PROVE, while representing Adelphi Values in

Qualifications

• Strong scientific background with a degree in life sciences and/or health economics.
• Experience designing and executing market access or HEOR strategies (e.g., Global Value Dossiers, payer value propositions, health economic models).
• Leadership experience in agency or client environments and ability to lead a team toward targets.
• 5+ years' experience in an agency or client environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership on assigned PROVE projects and act as senior client contact.
• Mentor and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outputs and meet objectives.
• Assess new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and build client relationships to win work.
• Contribute to strategic direction of PROVE and raise external profile with publications and presentations.
