Position Overview:

  • Lead and manage HEOR programs to support BeiGene’s solid tumour portfolio, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Generate scientific evidence to support reimbursement and commercialization in the EU, LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe, informing payers, healthcare providers, and policy-makers about product value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HEOR leadership, supporting patient access across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct HEOR/RWE studies to evaluate disease burden, unmet needs, and outcomes for product launch and commercialization.
  • Develop and implement HEOR/RWE evidence generation strategies aligned with product value propositions.
  • Lead HEOR/RWE research projects, authoring protocols, reports, and study documents, managing timelines and quality.
  • Localize HEOR tools, including cost-effectiveness models and dossiers.
  • Stay updated on HEOR and RWE trends across Europe and key markets, anticipating risks and strategic shifts.
  • Engage with internal teams and external KOLs; represent BeiGene at scientific and payer meetings.
  • Manage external vendors and project budgets effectively.

Reporting Line: Director, Head of HEOR, Europe and New Markets

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, or related field (PhD, MS, MPH).
  • Minimum 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 7 years in health economic modeling, RWE, or outcomes research.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong HEOR background with hands-on experience in models, real-world data, and outcomes research.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and HTA processes in EU, LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe.
  • Experience with HTA submissions in these regions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and drive results.

Travel: Approximately 25-30% for work-related activities.
