Job summary

Merck Group in Feltham, England is seeking an Imaging Operations Lead to own the end-to-end operational strategy for clinical trial imaging across a global portfolio. You will drive quality, innovation and performance in a complex, cross-functional environment, serving as the primary escalation point for study teams and leading vendor governance.

In this hybrid role (3 days per week onsite), you will translate imaging data insights into actionable improvements at both program and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical or life sciences.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience in CRO or pharma/biotech.
• Experience in clinical trial imaging operations, including planning, vendor oversight, and execution across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing external imaging service providers, including governance, quality metrics, and CAPAs.
