EY seeks a commercially minded Associate Director to drive growth and adoption of our AI-enabled forensic solutions across Europe, with APAC extension. You will lead market activation, shape go-to-market approaches, and accelerate adoption in collaboration with country leaders.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in commercialising services and driving revenue growth within professional services or technology-enabled offerings.
Proven ability to drive change and adoption across distributed, matrixed teams.
Strong client network and market-facing relationships that can be leveraged.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
Sufficient fluency in forensic technology and AI to translate capability into client value.

Responsibilities

Lead market activation and go-to-market strategies for forensic solutions across Europe and APAC.
Develop market plans, playbooks, and materials to accelerate revenue and client penetration.
Partner with country leaders to identify opportunities and shape proposals.
Drive adoption of technology-led delivery and build cross-region best practices.
Represent EY at client forums, industry events, and leadership meetings.
