The role: Associate Director - Financial Services

This Associate Director role will work in well-structured teams, managing junior team members and supporting SLT while being the key account and strategic lead for a range of financial services clients. Projects will span corporate & B2B audiences, with exposure partnering more consumer specialist teams on some accounts, delivering integrated PR and communications campaigns backed by insights, research and data for financial services clients including asset management, private equity, real estate, retail and corporate banking, consumer finance and insurance sectors.

The team partners with global finance brands while tackling topical issues and positioning clients discussing public equity & bond markets, deploying private capital, and planning for our financial future. The role involves navigating geo-politics affecting monetary policy, addressing cost of living and spending patterns during political times, and emphasizing responsible & sustainable investing, as well as DE&I and social mobility.

Recent experience in a communications consultancy leading teams on financial services clients will be required, but this could also be blended with in-house experience.
