Job description

We are working with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy who are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and grow their specialist facades team. The role will shape the direction of their façade consultancy services, drive technical excellence, and strengthen relationships with key clients, architects, and collaborators.

The proposed salary for the role will vary slightly depending on experience but will be between £75,000 and £90,000.
Requirements for the Associate Director:

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; postgraduate qualification in façade engineering desirable.
  
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in façade engineering within consultancy or contractor environments.
  
• Proven track record of delivering complex facade systems across various building types.
  
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in client-facing and leadership roles.
