Job Description:

You will be given the opportunity to take the lead Expert role in an arbitration at an early stage, providing top-tier service to major clients across various sectors. These cases are typically high value and complex, both in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provision of specialist expert advice to external clients
  • Support the provision of expert advice on all areas of alternative dispute resolution
  • Act as an appointed Expert on selected commissions if capable
  • Deliver expert claims services aligned with client briefs
  • Coach and train junior staff in specialist areas
  • Prepare Expert Reports

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Significant on-site experience is essential
  • Experience managing major projects' programmes
  • Proven experience in claims management and dispute resolution services
  • Knowledge of second languages and fluency in English is advantageous but not mandatory

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Relevant construction degree or equivalent preferred
  • Qualifications in construction law
