What you will do

The Associate Director will be responsible for the direct and indirect channels in the European Region, reporting to the Vice President, International. Your main focus will be to increase market share and profitability across the Intrusion portfolio, driving expansion and growth in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and leading a significant employee team.

You will aim to achieve the strategic and financial objectives outlined in our commercial strategic plan, focusing on profitable growth and margin expansion by deploying appropriate go-to-market structures and building organizational capabilities across sales, operations, and support functions in the region.

You will work in a dynamic environment that leverages your leadership experience and industry knowledge of contracting businesses across Europe to deliver regional business goals.

How you will do it

As Associate Director, you will build organizational capacity, foster sales and operational excellence, and empower teams to perform and be accountable. Using your extensive contracting industry knowledge, you will leverage strategic accounts and partner networks to enhance market penetration, support new account acquisition, and expand opportunities within existing accounts. You will provide leadership in defining strategies and driving profitable volume growth, collaborating with other channel and product leaders to identify market opportunities and working with commercial excellence teams to manage integration with other JCI units.

You are an entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, and technically skilled leader in the security products sector. You are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and approach challenges from a broad, multi-functional perspective to develop strategies aligned with long-term goals.

What we look for

  • Proven success in the European region
  • Experience in product commercialization and go-to-market strategy design
  • Technical proficiency in security products
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and gain trust across business areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of business growth in systems and service sectors
  • Recent leadership experience at a senior level in Europe
