Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy in the Infrastructure sector, with a thriving UK Estimating team supporting numerous clients both in the UK and overseas. We are seeking talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to work on diverse projects and support our growth plans.

Our team provides various Estimating outputs, including:

• Estimate Production (from rough to detailed estimates)
• Estimating Assurance
• Estimating Support for Major Program Setup
• Estimating Data

As an Associate Director in our Estimating team, your responsibilities include:

• Leading or managing accurate estimates and cost plans
• Promoting estimating best practices
• Achieving departmental objectives
• Staying updated with technical developments
• Collaborating on bid development
• Providing guidance to staff
• Mentoring less experienced staff
• Interfacing with clients and consultants
• Developing new business opportunities
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Managing staff (where applicable)
• Knowledge management

Qualifications include proven estimating management experience, high-standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, experience with estimating software, and preferably membership of RICS, CIOB, or A. Cost E.

Experience in Major Programmes, Infrastructure sectors (rail, air, power, highways), and team leadership is desirable.
