Our large, global strategy consulting client is seeking an energy transition deals and/or transaction specialist with experience across a range of new and emerging value propositions in the utilities sector, such as electric vehicles, hydrogen, CCUS, renewables & storage. Our client requires a deals specialist who has varied transactional experience, including pre-, in- and post-deal support. They are particularly keen on value creation experience, however due diligence is also helpful.
This team works closely with c-suite and senior executives to grow, transform and transact whilst adding and protecting value for shareholders, employees and society.
