As Associate Director, EMEA Regional People Operations Lead, you\'ll steer operational excellence across the region, driving efficiency, elevating service delivery, and bringing the Global People Organisation\'s (GPO) strategy to life. With your deep experience in operations, ideally in professional services, you\'ll ensure our people services run seamlessly and consistently across EMEA.
Reporting to the EMEA People Lead and collaborating closely with the Global People Operations team, this role will lead a team of covering Onboarding and Offboarding, Contingent Workforce Operations, Leave of Absence, Managing Director Operations, and In-Country Operations.
