Job Summary

The Production & Risk Service group is looking for a seasoned Application Support Analyst for our client (CRM, CLM, CSI, Client First), Banking, Data Analytics (Equities Research), and Digital Channels platforms.

We support fast-paced global businesses with evolving needs. Your ability to take ownership and pride in your work will help you succeed in this role.

What will you do?

  • Ensure maximum system availability and respond promptly to issues
  • Manage and govern applications proactively
  • Leverage automation to improve efficiency
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and governance best practices
  • Coordinate between Business, Technology, Compliance, and other groups
  • Manage incidents, problems, and releases effectively
  • Drive IT governance and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Share knowledge, document processes, and train others

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, assertive, proactive
  • Strong collaboration and continuous improvement skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale, global trading and risk platforms
  • Scripting skills (Python, PERL, etc.)
  • Understanding of LINUX, WINDOWS, and SQL
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Client onboarding or relationship management systems like Salesforce or Fenergo
