What You'll Do

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale, high-performance developments — with a strong focus on electrical systems design for data centers and other mission critical facilities. From early-stage concept to final delivery, you'll play a key role in managing clients, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence across projects.

Qualifications

You’re the Ideal Candidate If You:

• Are an experienced Electrical Engineer (CEng or equivalent)
• Have a strong track record in data center or mission critical environments
• Understand the complexities of electrical distribution, resilience, and redundancy
• Can navigate demanding project requirements while maintaining quality and profitability
• Are commercially aware and able to lead project negotiations with clients and suppliers
• Are passionate about developing teams, sharing knowledge, and fostering
