Associate Director - Due Diligence

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for our Due Diligence team.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team, supporting both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments and contributing to new business development.

The Transaction Services team is well-regarded and specializes in advising on business acquisitions and investments, typically valued between £5m and £250m. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement processes, reporting directly to the partner.
  • Manage fieldwork teams.
  • Conduct financial analysis of target businesses for due diligence reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
  • Develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
  • Has experience in Transactions or Corporate Finance.

  • Understands deal mechanics.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
  • Is commercially minded and a critical thinker.
  • Can build relationships internally and externally and is a strong team player.
