Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Director to join our sector specialist UK PBSA Valuations team.

This role will work closely with your Co-Head Director to drive the strategic growth of the team in client and business development; sharing best practices and providing valuations for real estate funds and senior debt providers, for secured lending into Student Accommodation and Co-Living investments. The team handles large-scale repeating mandates across the UK and Europe with many market-leading funds.

Savills UK PBSA Valuation team is a fast-growing, sector-specialist team based in London but working with clients across the UK and Europe. The team is part of the 150-strong Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division, which combines real estate advisory and investment banking services, focusing on expanding operational real estate sectors across the UK & EMEA.

Our geographic coverage, sector expertise, sophisticated structuring and financing capabilities, and global investor reach add value for our clients and differentiate us from competitors.
